Tasting Notes:

Varietal Composition: 100% Pinot Grigio

Geographic Area: Peumo, Cachapoal Valley.

Winemaking: This wine comes from the selection of a select percentage of our best grapes from a clonal selection. A wine full of fruit and structure that offers a fresh and joyful product.

Winemaker’s Comments: 100% Fermented in stainless steel vats with 4 months of
contact with fine lees.
On the nose it is citrus and floral Pinot Grigio with aromas reminiscent of ginger, peaches, green apples and lime peel.
In the mouth it is fresh and enveloping in texture with a slightly spicy character and a refreshing finish.

Food Pairings: Ideal wine for a salmon tartare, melon with prosciutto or a
celery and avocado salad.

Storage Potential: 1 to 3  years.

Format Types: 750 ml.

Alcohol Content: 12.5 % Vol.

Total Acidity : 5.4 g/L (expressed in Sulphur Acid)
