Tasting Notes: Varietal Composition: 100% Sauvign

Tasting Notes:
Varietal Composition: 100% Sauvignon Blanc.
Geographic Area: San Clemente, Maule Valley.
Winemaking: Grapes were selected from our own vineyards and carefully hand-harvested in the early morning to preserve the aromas. Cold maceration took place in the press for two hours. This was followed by fermentation with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at between 12ºC and 15ºC.
Winemaker’s Comments: This straw-colored wine has fruity aromas with notes of pineapple, freshly cut grass and hints of lemon. It is friendly and very lively on the palate, juicy and has a smooth finish.
Food Pairings: This wine pairs well with lean fish, ceviche and salad and is perfect as an aperitif.
Storage Potential: This wine is at its best now but could be aged for up 2 to 3 years.
