Tasting notes:

Varietal Composition : 100% Chardonnay

Geographic Area: Peumo, Colchagua Valley

Winemaking: Fresh and fruity sparkling wine, Refreshing, and smooth with citrus notes of green apple and grapefruit and a well-balanced acidity.

Winemaker’s comments: The taking of foam is done by second fermentation in
closed tank (Charmat Method). Although it is a rich wine to drink
immediately, as a young wine, it can also be stored in a cellar
for two years from the harvest, in a place with adequate
air conditioning and darkness. Consume once opened.
On the nose it has an attractive freshness, fruity, with aromas of citrus, green apples and grapefruit.
On the palate it is very refreshing and smooth on the palate, with persistent fruit flavors and a finish of balanced acidity.

Food pairings: This wine is delicious as an aperitif, and can be enjoyed with fish and shellfish dishes of all kinds, summer salads, sushi and sashimi.

Cellaring Recommendations: One to two years.
