CP. Gran Reserva Sauvignon Blanc
Varietal Composition: 100% Sauvignon Blanc.
Geographic Area: Leyda Valley.
Winemaking: Selected grapes were carefully hand-harvested and then subjected to a cold maceration in the press for four hours. This was followed by a clean fermentation with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at between 12ºC and 15ºC.
Winemaker’s comments: This wine is a pale yellow-green color. It has an intense bouquet with herbal notes, green chili peppers and lime. On the palate, the wine has a noticeable minerality and is fresh and unctuous with a herbal character, citrus notes and a long finish.
Food Pairings: This wine can be enjoyed with oysters, ceviche and lean, ideally baked fish, fresh cheese and salad. It is perfect as an aperitif. Best served chilled at between 10ºC – 12ºC.
Cellaring Recommendations: This wine is best enjoyed now but could be aged for up 4 years.
