Varietal Composition: 100% Carménère.
Geographic Area: San Clemente, Maule Valley.
Winemaking: Selected grapes from our own vineyards were carefully hand-harvested. The crushed grapes were subjected to a cold maceration for two days. Then alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts took place in stainless steel tanks at 27ºC.
Winemaker’s Comments: This is an intense red-colored wine with violet notes. Complex forest fruit and cherry aromas dominate the bouquet. The palate reveals cassis, tobacco, spices and ripe black plums. The finish is long and balanced.
Food Pairings: This wine pairs well with pasta, different types of cheese, salmon, tuna, chicken, Chinese food and seasoned soup.
Storage Potential: 3 to 4 years.

Winemaking: Vineyard employees affectionately refer to the tallest palm tree as “La Capitana”
a salute to its stature and leadership. Wines crafted from carefully selected lots
reflect the essence of La Rosa, guiding our commitment to produce sustainable
estate-bottled terroir wines in which tradition nourishes our curiosity.
Winemaker’s Comments: Ripe red fruit aroma with lots of plums, spices and floral touches. Smooth and juicy, with firm and soft tannins. Elegant wines that reflect
the granitic soil of La Palmería.
Food Pairings: Ideal to accompany red meats, lamb, duck, stews and aged cheeses.
Serve at room temperature (16º-18ºC).

Geographic Area: Leyda Valley, Chile.
Winemaker’s Comments: Bright red color. An expressive and fresh wine dominated by fresh red fruits, raspberries and cherries that are easily appreciated on the nose. On the palate it is juicy and light, with friendly tannins, floral notes, red fruits and hints of spice. An elegant wine with a smooth and fresh finish.
Pairing: Ideal with sushi, vegetarian dishes and non-fatty fish
