Varietal Composition : 100% Syrah

Geographic Area: Peumo, Cachapoal Valley

Winemaking: 12 months in used oak barrels to enhance purity of fruit. Blue forest fruits, black pepper, cedar and graphite.

Winemaker’s comments: Vibrant, mineral, with monolithic structure, with bones and
flesh and wild forest finishes.

Food pairings: Its acidity and firm tannins, make it a very versatile wine,
which pairs well with pasta dishes, red meat and game.

Cellaring Recommendations: seven to ten years.

Alcohol Content: 14.5 % Vol.

Total Acidity : 6.0 g/L (expressed in Sulphur Acid)

pH: 3.5

This Syrah grown on fractured rock soil, where this variety feels very comfortable and yields a floral wine, with a spicy and very complex aroma. In the mouth it has a refreshing acidity, juicy and with a tasty, angular tannin, which is imprinted by the soil where it comes from, reflecting its origin.
