Varietal Composition : 100% Cabernet Sauvignon

Geographic Area: Peumo, Colchagua Valley

Winemaking: A young Cabernet Sauvignon, crafted to enjoy. To share with friends on any occasion. A wine that unites and accompanies you, without complications. Concentrate with a smooth and silky texture. Elegant tannins and
delicate balance between freshness and maturity.

Winemaker’s comments: The grapes are harvested, destemmed and crushed mechanically. The
wort is pumped into a fermentation tank and seeded with
selected yeasts, keeping the temperature controlled at
28ºC for 10-15 days. The pressing wine is kept separate.
The malolactic fermentation occurs naturally. The wine is
aged for 6 months in French oak wood.

Food pairings: Enjoy alone or accompanied with grilled red meats,
especially lamb chops, stews or mature cheeses.

Cellaring Recommendations: Five to six years.

Alcohol Content: 14.0 % Vol.

Total Acidity : 5.53 g/L (expressed in Sulphur Acid)
