DESCRIPTION:
Varietal Composition: 100% Carmenere.
Geographic Area: Peumo Valley.
An elegant wine of deep purple color, which highlights the high quality oak, sweet plums, toasted tobacco and blackcurrants. It has a touch of bitter chocolate and raspberry that makes it a captivating wine. Round and voluptuous, delicious and concentrated, it has a silky texture with fine tannins.
Food Pairings: Enjoy with steak, meat stews, poultry with rich brown sauces, pork loin, duck and chocolate desserts.

DESCRIPTION:
Composition: 100% Viognier
Geographical Area: Pencahue, Maule Valley
Serve with white meats, oriental food, grilled salads
Winemaker’s comments
Golden yellow in color. Intense aromas with notes of apricots, custard apples and flowers. In the mouth, it is a dense, fresh wine with a great presence of fruit; on the finish there are notes of vanilla from the ageing.
Winemaking
Turbid fermentation in stainless steel tanks at temperatures ranging from 14 to 16 ºC with selected yeasts. Then, ageing on lees was carried out for six to eight months in French oak, with no malolactic fermentation to keep the wine fresh and with more fruit presence.
