Tasting notes:

Varietal Composition : 60% Pinot Noir; 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Syrah

Geographic Area: Peumo, Colchagua Valley

Winemaking: Light pink in the glass, La Palma Rosé delights with its fine, small, and persistent bubbles. Aromas of wild strawberries, raspberries, and red cherries stand out in this fresh and creamy sparkling wine.

Winemaker’s comments: The taking of foam is done by second fermentation in
closed tank (Charmat Method). Although it is a good wine to drink
immediately, as a young wine, it can also be stored in a cellar
for two years from harvest. Consume once opened.
On the nose it has intense aromas of strawberries and red cherries that invite you to drink it.
In the mouth it is fresh and fruity, expressive of good volume, with notes of ripe strawberries and red apples.

Food pairings: Serve cold as an aperitif or to accompany fish, salads,
sautéed vegetables and chicken and duck meat.

Cellaring Recommendations: One to two years.
