Geographic Area: Colchagua Valley

Part of this wine has been aged for 12 months in American and French oak barrels. Its deep red tones are complemented by elegant and intense aromas of red fruits and chocolate, with soft notes of vanilla. In the mouth it is expressive with ripe and silky tannins. Excellent with red meat dishes.

Food pairings: This wine can be enjoyed with all stile of meat, especially with well-seasoned red meat. It also pairs well with creamy cheese. Best served at between 61°F and 64°F.

Tasting notes:

Varietal Composition : 100% Carmenere

Geographic Area: San Clemente, Maule Valley

Winemaking: The grapes, of our own production, were selected and harvested by hand. Prior to fermentation, a cold maceration took place over eight days. This was followed by fermentation with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at 27ºC. 40% of this wine was then aged for six months in French and American oak barrels.

Winemaker’s comments: This wine is a deep purple-red color and has aromas of fresh black fruit, cherries, black pepper and chocolate. On the palate, it is well-structured with very smooth tannins. This is a fresh wine with notes of black plums, tobacco and a smooth toasted undertone that combines with the fruit on the finish.

Food pairings: This wine pairs well with pasta, white meta, mature cheese and Chinese food. Best served at between 61°F and 64°F.

Cellaring Recommendations: 3 to 4 years.

Varietal Composition : 100% Sauvignon Blanc.

Geographic Area: Leyda Valley

Winemaking: Selected grapes were carefully hand-harvested and then subjected to a cold maceration in the press for four hours.This was followed by a clean fermentation with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at between 12ºC and 15ºC.

Winemaker’s comments: This wine is a pale yellow-green colour.It has an intense bouquet with herbal notes, green chilli peppers and lime . On the palate , the wine has a noticeable minerality and is fresh and unctuous with a herbal character, citrus notes and a lond finish.

Food pairings: This wine can be enjoyed with oysters, ceviche and lean , ideally baked fish, fresh cheese and sald, It is perfect as an aperitif. Best served at between 50°F and 54°F.

Cellaring Recommendations: 2 years.
