Composition: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon

Winemaking Intense ruby red, with high red berries intensity, like strawberries and in harmony with soft vanilla notes. Mid bodied, it leaves a sweet sensation in the mouth. Well balanced and tasty, with an excellent persistence.

Food pairings: This wine can be enjoyed with all types of meat, especially with well-seasoned barbecued red meat.It also pairs well with strong.

Cellaring Recommendations: Two years.

Alcohol content: 14% Vol

Format: 750 ml.

Ideal temperature for serving: 61°F and 64.5°F.


6 Bottles Sauvignon Blanc

Composition: 100% Sauvignon Blanc

Winemaking: Grapes were selected by hand-harvested in the early morning to preserve the aromas. Prior to fermentation, maceration took place in the press for tour hours. This was followed by fermentation with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at temperaturas of between 12ºC and 15ºC.

Food pairings: This wine is excellent with fresh seafood, lean fish, smoked salmon, salad and fresh fruit.

Cellaring Recommendations: Two to three years.

Alcohol content: 13,9% Vol

Format: 750 ml.

Ideal temperature for serving: 53°F and 59°F.
