DESCRIPCION:

Tasting Notes:

Varietal Composition: 70% Sauvignon Blanc – 15% Riesling – 15% Gewürztraminer.

Geographic Area: San Clemente, Maule Valley.

Winemaking: Selected grapes from our own vineyards were carefully hand-harvested early in the morning to preserve their aromas. Cold maceration took place in the press for four hours. This was followed by fermentation with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at between 12ºC and 13ºC.

Winemaker’s comments: This wine is a bright straw color. It is expressive on the nose, with tropical notes, flowers and a touch of grapefruit. On the palate, it is light-to medium-bodied with mineral and citrus notes and a juicy well-balanced finish.

Food pairings: Enjoy this wine with lean fish, ceviche and salad. It is also perfect as an aperitif. Best served chilled at between 10ºC and 12ºC.

Cellaring Recommendations: This wine is best consumed now but could be aged for up to 2 years.

Formats: 750 ml.
