Composition: 100% Syrah
Winemaking: The grapes were selected and manually harvested. Then they underwent a cold maceration for ten days, followed by fermentation with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at 27ºC. The wine then underwent malolactic fermentation in French barrels, where it was aged for twelve months.
Food pairings: This wine is ideal wiht lamb, wild games birds, fish with sauce and chocolate desserts.
Cellaring Recommendations: Five to six years.
Alcohol content: 14,8% Vol
Format: 750 ml.
Ideal temperature for serving: 60°F and 64°F.
