Composition: 100% Syrah

Winemaking: The grapes were carefully selected and hand-harvested. Cold macerations took place over ten days. This was followed by fermentation with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at 27ºC. 40% of this wine was aged for six months in French and American oak barrels.

Food pairings: This wine combines well with red meta, duck, mature cheese and red fruit tart.

Cellaring Recommendations: Three to four years.

Alcohol content: 14,5% Vol

Format: 750 ml.

Ideal temperature for serving: 61°F and 63.5°F.
