Varietal Composition : 100% Merlot
Winemaking: The grapes, of our own production, were hand-harvested and then underwent a cold maceration for five days. Next, acoholic fermentation with selected yeasts took place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 27ºC. 40% of this wine was then aged in French and American oak barrels for a period for six months. .
Food pairings: This wine is ideal with lean red meat, white meat, ham, pasta and fruit marinaded in wine.
Cellaring Recommendations: 3 to 4 years.
Alcohol Content: 14,4 %Vol.
Ideal temperature for serving: 61°F and 64°F.
