Composition: 100% Malbec

Winemaking: The grapes were selected and harvested by hand, then subjected to a cold maceration for three days. The must was then fermented with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at 80.6°F. The wine underwent malolactic fermentation in French barrels, where it was aged for ten months.

Food pairings: This wine is excellent with game, meat casseroles and mature cheese.

Cellaring Recommendations: Four to six years.

Ideal temperature for serving: 60°F and 64°F.
