Composition: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon

Winemaking: The grapes were harvested at the end of April 2007. The clusters were stripping and subjected to a mild grinding, and then sent to vats stainless steel fermentation vats with temperature control. Fermentation took place at temperatures between 73.4°F and 82.4°F.

Tasting Notes: Bright red. On the nose, complex with aromas of sweet fruit and cassis, plum aromas in harmony with spice and toasty notes derived from aging in wood. Reappear in the mouth sweet sensations of the nose, with a pleasant taste in the mouth, enveloping, with nice, silky tannins balanced with acidity. It is a concentrated wine with good persistence and a pleasant aftertaste.

Food pairings: It´s Ideal for pasta, cheeses, white and red meats.

Cellaring Recommendations: Four to Seven years.

Alcohol content: 14% Vol

Format: 750 ml.

Ideal temperature for serving: 61°F and 64.5°F.
