Varietal Composition : 100% Chardonnay

Winemaking: Pale yellow color. Of wide nose, with peaches and pears bouquet, but in harmony with sweet toffee notes and lactic touches. In the mouth it is very tasty and fruity. It has a very nice retrotaste.

Food pairings: This is an ideal accompaniment for scallops and also pairs well with pate, turkey and mild cheese.

Cellaring Recommendations: Two  years.

Alcohol Content: 13,5 %Vol.

Ideal temperature for serving: 50°F and 54°F.
