Composition: 100% Chardonnay

Winemaking: The must underwent a cloudy fermentation in French oak barrels with selected yeasts at between 14ºC and 16ºC. Later the wine was aged sur lies for eight months in French oak. To keep the wine fresh and with a strong presence of fruit, it was not subjected to malolactic fermentation.

Food pairings: This wine can be enjoyed with seafood, oily fish, salad , ceviche, white meat and pasta.

Cellaring Recommendations: Three to four years.

Alcohol content: 14,4% Vol

Format: 750 ml.

Ideal temperature for serving: 50°F and 54°F.
