Composition: 100% Carmenere

Winemaking: The grapes  were selected and harvested by hand. Prior to fermentation, a cold maceration took place over eight days. This was followed by fermentation with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at 80.6°F. This wine was then aged for six months in French and American oak barrels.

Food pairings: This wine pairs well with pasta, white meat, mature cheese and Chinese food.

Cellaring Recommendations: Three to four years.

Alcohol content: 14% Vol

Format: 750 ml.

Ideal temperature for serving: 57°F and 61°F.
