Composition: 100% Carmenere
Winemaking: The grapes were selected and manually harvested, then subjected to a cold maceration for twelve days. This was followed by fermentation with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at 27ºC. The wine was then subject to malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels where the wine was aged for twelve months.
Food pairings: This wine is ideal with seasoned pasta, park , pate, white meat with creamy sauce and smoked cheese.
Cellaring Recommendations: Five to six years.
Alcohol content: 14,6% Vol
Format: 750 ml.
Ideal temperature for serving: 61°F and 64°F.
