Composition: 100% Carignan

Winemaking: The grapes were carefully selected and harvested by hand. Cold maceration took place for two days at 5 ºC and was followed by alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at 27ºC. Then malolactic fermentation took place and the wine spent a total of ten months ageing in barrels.

Food pairings: This wine pairs beautifully with any kind of meat, especially well-seasoned grilled red meat. It is also excellent with strong and creamy cheese.

Cellaring Recommendations: Four  to five years

Alcohol content: 14,2% Vol

Format: 750 ml.

Ideal temperature for serving: 60°F and 64.5°F.
