Winemaking The grapes were carefully selected and harvested by hand. Cold maceration took place over seven days at 5ºC.Alcoholic fermentation wiht selected yeasts took place in stainless steel tanks at 27ºC.This was followed by malolactic fermentation in French barrels.The total ageing process in oak barrels lasted twelve months.
Food pairings: This wine can be enjoyed with all types of meat, especially with well-seasoned barbecued red meat.It also pairs well with strong, creamy cheese.
Cellaring Recommendations: Five to Six years.
