Composition: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon

Winemaking: The grapes were carefully selected, hand-harvested and cold macerated for eight days. The must was then subjected to fermentation with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at 27ºC. 40% of this wine was then aged for six months in French and American oak barrels.

Food pairings: This wine combines well with red meat with spicy sauce, casseroles and strong cheese. Cellaring Recommendations: Three to four years.

Alcohol Content: 14.3% Vol

Format: 750 ml.

Ideal temperature for serving: 61°F and 64.5°F.
